Hot Ready-to-Eat: Shipped in insulated thermal bags so they arrive warm and crisp. Best consumed within 2 hours of arrival.
Frozen Vacuum Packs: Delivered in insulated cold boxes. Place immediately in the freezer upon receipt.

Runner Alert: Our runner will send a WhatsApp text or call 10–15 minutes before reaching your location.
Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for hot food items.
